Edge Banding Services
Edge banding is used for two reasons: durability and aesthetics.
A common thing with plywood such as plywood and particle board or chipboard, their unfinished edges board are easier to be damage.
It is common for these plywood to have edges where the grain and finish do not match the other sides where it exposed the sides raw material.
With Edge Banding, it is usually made from solid woods scraps which is then applied with glue and can be made to match the color of the wood piece. With edge banding, the edge of the wood will look like one solid piece of wood.
HPL Lamination Services
